Antika Law Firm successfully represented interests of NASOSENERGOMASH Public JSC before the Higher administrative court of Ukraine while hearing the cassation appeal of the State Tax Inspection of Ukraine in the city of Sumy against the positive for the enterprise decision of the court of appeal. This decision declared tax notice-decision on reduction of negative value of VAT by UAH 1 737 256 null and void.

The Higher administrative court of Ukraine rejected the cassation appeal of the State Tax Inspection of Ukraine, and the decision of the court of appeal was upheld.
