Antika Law Firm advised Nadra Ukrayny NJSC on corporate and contract law in connection with participation of Nadra Oleska LLC (a company controlled by Nadra Ukrayny NJSC) in the Production Sharing Agreement (PSA) for hydrocarbons that will be produced within Oleska field (Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk regions).

The PSA was signed between the Government of Ukraine, Chevron Ukraine B.V. and Nadra Oleska LLC on November 5, 2013 in the presence of the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych.
