On November 9 – 10, 2013 at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv the I Ukrainian School of Antitrust Law will take place. The event is organized by the Student League of the Ukrainian Bar Association.

During the event the experts on antitrust and competition law will make students aware of current issues in Ukrainian and foreign competition policy as well as possible ways to solve them. The organizers think that this should upgrade the level of proficiency and form the new legal elite in Ukraine.

Alexey Kot will give a lecture “Procedure on obtaining permission for concentration. Problems related to legislative regulation”.
