Managing partner of Antika Law Firm, Chairman of the Legal Committee of the Public Council of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine Alexey Kot attended meeting of the Public Council of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine
On November 28, 2013 a regular meeting of the Public Council of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) took place. Alexey Kot reported on the results of consideration of the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amending the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Economic Competition” concerning provision of evidence in cases being considered by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine” developed by the Committee.
Also, during the meeting the participants considered the issues related to approval of the membership of territorial offices of the Public Council of the AMCU and were informed about decisions taken within the third quarter of the 2013.
