On October 22, 2014 the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine held a roundtable discussion on topic “Judicial reform in Ukraine – state and prospects: affording proper access to justice, the effectiveness of judicial protection, increasing the authority of the judicial power and credibility with the public members.”

During the event the participants, including representatives from courts of different instances, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine, the Presidential Administration of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, scientists and experts discussed the state and the content of judicial reform in Ukraine, political and legal factors that affect it as well as defined unified concept in reforms pursuant to the requirements of the democratic state and civil society.
