On November 1-2, 2014 Kyiv hosted the II All-Ukrainian Law School on Competition Law, arranged by the Ukrainian Bar Association’s Students’ League for the Ukrainian universities law faculties’students.

The speakers of the event covered the key issues of antitrust, its application and antitrust policy in Ukraine. In particular, they discussed issues related to market definition in antitrust, unfair and misleading advertising, competitive bidding within the framework of Association Agreement with the EU, peculiarities of drafting documents to obtain permission to concentrate in the AMCU.

Alexander Tretiakov gave a lecture on topic “Legal regulation of liability for unfair competition in the form of misleading the customers”.
