On November 3, 2014 Kyiv hosted the commercial real estate and retail Forum “CP RETAIL”, organized by the B2B-publishing house in the field of commercial real estate in Ukraine – Commercial Property and Prime Promotion Agency. Outstanding representatives of both foreign and Ukrainian real estate development and management companies, consulting companies, capital and regional shopping malls, retail operators and others took part in the Forum.

During the Forum the participants discussed the topical issues in the field of retail real estate that arose due to unstable economic situation in the country caused by the socio-political events, active hostilities and deep devaluation of the national currency. The participants also discussed the ways to solve disputes between lessees and lessors, drew up the results of the year and tried to estimate the near-term prospect of real estate in Ukraine.
