The roundtable “The role of the appealing body in the field of public procurement for the purchase of drugs and medical devices” was held in AMCU on August 14, 2015.

The participants of the event discussed the existing concerns of appealing against the procedures of procurement of medicines, medical products, medical equipment etc.

The round table was chaired by the Head of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine Yuriy Terentiev with the participation of the First Deputy Chairman of the Committee Mariya Nizhnik, the State Commissioner Svetlana Panaiotidi, Members of The Permanent Administrative Board for Handling Complaints about Violations of the Law on Public Procurement Andrey Vovk and Mariya Protsishen, the Chairman of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Health Care Olga Bogomolets, the Deputy Minister of Healthcare of Ukraine Viktor Shafranskiy, leading specialists in the area of health care, professional associations, market participants and the mass media.
