On February 24, 2016 in Kiev the publishing house “Yuridicheskaya Practika” held the II Legal Banking Forum.

Forum participants discussed the most urgent problems of the banking sector: corporate relations in banks, work with distressed assets, interaction with the Deposit Guarantee Fund, credit disputes, financial monitoring of banks.

The Forum was attended by representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada Committee on matters of financial policy and banking operations, Deposit Guarantee Fund, the Supreme Court of Ukraine, Higher Economic Court of Ukraine, heads of public organizations and associations, top managers and legal advisers of banks, partners of the leading law firms.
