Managing partner of Antika Law Firm Dr. Alexey Kot delivered a speech at plenary meeting of the XVI Annual Scientifically-Practical Conference on the theme: “Current problems of Private Law”
On February 14, 2018 Kharkiv hosted XVI Annual Scientifically-Practical Conference on the theme: “Current problems of Private Law”, devoted to the 96th anniversary since the birth of Doctor of Law, Prof. Victor Maslov.
This year “Maslov’s reading” traditionally had organized by National Academy of Law Sciences of Ukraine, Yaroslav Mudry National Law University and Association of Civilists of Ukraine. The event took place in two sessions and merged scientists, educators and graduate students from higher educational institutions of Ukraine.
Dr. Alexey Kot, the Senior Fellow at the Division of Private Law’s problems of Research Institute behalf Fedir Burchak, delivered a speech on the theme: “On the question of the ratio of general and specific ways to protect subjective civil rights”.
