Antika Law Firm acted as a legal advisor to Heitman on the application of the Ukrainian law in the sale transaction of the logistics center in Boryspil, Kyiv region, to Dragon Capital Investments Limited (a member of the Dragon Capital group of companies).
As a part of this transaction, Dragon Capital Investments Limited acquired from Akron Investment Central Eastern Europe II B.V. East Gate Logistic, a Class A logistics center (built in 2007, the total area of 49,600 sqm), which was managed by Heitman.
In the course of the transaction, the team of associates of Antika Law Firm drafted a package of documents necessary to carry out the transaction regarding the Ukrainian assets, as well as accompanied the procedure of signing these documents.
Antika team involved was partner Alexander Burtovoy, counsel Sergii Korniienko led by managing partner Alexey Kot.
