Senior Associate of Antika Law Firm Vasyl Sheretko, explained the legal basis of the issue to the participants of the training course “Real Estate Sales. Office Centers Leasing» was organized by Commercial Property and CP School.
Vasyl Sheretko told the participants of the educational course about:
- regulatory and legal basis for the regulation of lease agreements;
- main requirements for the conclusion of leases of real estate;
- Existing terms of the lease agreement;
- conditions for termination of the lease agreement, as well as a number of other important issues.
In addition, Senior Associate of Antika Law Firm analyzed the risks of non-compliance with certain terms of the contract and reviewed, along with the participants in the training course, a practical business case.
