Senior associate of Antika Law Firm Alexander Tretiakov took part in the regular meeting of the Public Council under the State Agency for Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine (State Energy Efficiency).
The issue of the implementation status of the market of energy service agreements in order to reduce the energy consumption of housing and communal services was considered during the meeting.
The participants also prepared a workplan of the Public Council for 2019.
It should be remainded that Alexander Tretiakov was elected to the Public Council under the State Energy Efficiency. In its structure, a senior associate of Antika Law Firm will support the reform of the energy saving industry, assist in the development of programs and regulatory documents in the field of energy efficiency and energy saving. Alexander will also contribute to the deepening and expansion of the Agency’s cooperation with international financial organizations and international donors, including USAID and EBRD; contribute to the establishment of agreements and the creation of prerequisites for fruitful cooperation between the State Energy Efficiency, its territorial bodies and business representatives, the expansion of cooperation between various trade unions and organizations, in particular the Ukrainian Bar Association, the European Business Association, the American Chamber of Commerce, etc.
