Partner of Antika Law Firm, Ph.D. Maxim Korchagin took part in the expanded session of the Judicial Chamber to hear cases of corporate disputes, corporate rights and securities of the Cassation Economic Court on the Supreme Court with the participation of members of the Scientific Advisory Board at the Supreme Court. The event was devoted to discussing the actual issues of resolving corporate disputes.
In his speech Maxim Korchagin offered ways to solve practical problems, arising in the consideration of derivative lawsuits, in particular, on the question of determining the legal nature of management responsibility for society and the peculiarities of evidence, taking into account the experience of Germany and the United States.
