Managing partner of the Antika Law Firm, Dr. Sc. in Law Oleksiy Kot participated in the I International Research and Development Conference “Public Service and Administrative Legal Proceedings: Achievements and Challenges”. The event devoted to the anniversary of the adoption of the Administrative Court Procedure Code of Ukraine. The Conference took place on the 5th -6th July, 2018, in the building of the Supreme Court.
For two days the participants of the Conference discussed issues of legal regulation of employment, public service and dismissal, declaration of income, legal protection of public servants in administrative courts in accordance with the norms of the Constitution of Ukraine and other laws. Also, the issue of public service in European countries was considered.
Among the participants of the Conference were: Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Valentyna Danyshevska, Court Chairman of the Administrative Court of Cassation consisting of the Supreme Court Mykhailo Smokovych, Court Chairman of High Judicial Qualifications Commission of Ukraine Serhiy Kozyakov, Court Chairman of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine Zenoviy Kholodnyuk, First Deputy Prosecutor-General of Ukraine Anzhela Stryzhevska, Vice-President of the National Academy of the Legal Sciences of Ukraine, Head of Kyiv regional office, Academician of the National Academy of the Legal Sciences of Ukraine Kuznietsova Nataliya, and also judges and scholars from Ukraine, Poland, Germany and Latvia.
