Today, On April 17, Managing Partner of Antika Law Firm, Ph.D. Alexey Kot gave forecasts on what transformations await Ukraine’s legal business in connection with the quarantine and crisis.
ON-LAW MARATHON was organized by The Publishing house Yuridicheskaya Practika and LegalHighSchool.
They gathered on the one platform the owners and top executives of leading law firms to analyze how the industry has changed in relation to quarantine, what transformations we will have to go through because of the crisis, what to do to get thought with the most resource and with minimal losses.
Managing Partner Alexey Kot tried to look in the future to make a prediction on what will be the business operating in the field of legal consulting after the crisis.
“Surely, the legal world will not be what it was before the crisis. The quarantine restrictions have helped to look at the organization of business processes from a different angle. Obviously, new products and practices will emerge. New mergers and acquisitions are to be expected in the market. I am convinced there will be a migration of partners and lawyers. Of course, we will look differently at legal marketing and business development. But in any case, it should be remembered that the crisis is an opportunity to find your way and new, more effective solutions. The one who will be able to adapt to new conditions and realities will survive and become stronger,” Managing Partner of Antika Law Firm, Ph.D. Alexey Kot emphasized.
