Alexander Burtovyy, partner at Antika Law Firm, will speak at a meeting of the Energy, Oil and Gas Committee of the Ukrainian Bar Association. The event will take place on April 8 and will be dedicated to the legal regulation of “green” energy in Ukraine.
Alexander Burtovyy will join the discussion of the issue of legal regulation of feed-in tariffs in the context of changes in legislation, as well as some procedural issues. In addition, the event will consider the issues of legal regulation of the new electricity market: the readiness of business and its legal advisers to the new rules of the game, which will come into force on July 1, 2019. In particular, public discussion in establishing a feed-in tariff.
The meeting of the Committee will be held in the premises of the UBA, which is located on the street Khreshchatyk, 6, from 16:00 to 18:30.
