Partner of Antika  law firm, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Energy, Oil and Gas of the UBA, Alexander Burtovyy spoke at a meeting of the Committee on Energy, Oil and Gas. The event was held in the format of a round table and was devoted to the topic of legal regulation of “green” energy in Ukraine.

Alexander Burtovyy joined the discussion of the issue of legal regulation of feed-in tariffs in the context of changes in legislation, as well as some procedural issues.

The round table also addressed the issues of legal regulation of the new electricity market: the readiness of business and its legal advisers to the new rules of the game, which will come into force on July 1, 2019. Particular emphasis was placed on public discussion in establishing a feed-in tariff.
