Alexander Burtovy, a partner at Antika Law Firm, spoke at the Legal Energy Forum, which took place on March 14 in Kyiv.
Alexander Burtovyy told the Forum participants about the transition from a guaranteed feed-in tariff to the auction. He also reviewed legislative initiatives on this issue, analyzed the world experience of conducting tenders for energy supply from RES and considered a number of other important issues.
The Forum was organized by the Energy Club.
