Managing partner of Antika Law Firm, Doctor of Law Alexey Kot gave a lecture to participants of educational course “Building a system law firm”which was held in mid-october.
He told about a role, main responsibilities and functions of managing partner of a law firm.
“Managing partner of a law firm is often compared to supervisor, who is sitting on a tree and observe how and where his team moves, if a team does it right. But once in a whilehe should climbed down to earth in order to take an ax or machete, go ahead, cutting down the jungle and paving the way for the team.
He should motivate those who are tired or for some reasons don’t want to go further by his perseverance and example. Managing partner shouldn’t go ahead independently from his team. After paving the way, he come back to the tree to make sure his team follow the right way with the right tempo.”in such way Alexey Kot described the role of managing partner of a law firm to participants of educational course.
He also outlined in detail what role the managing partner plays in the formation and development of the firm’s reputation.
