On November 25, 2010 the Cooperation Agreement between the Supporting Competition in the CIS Non-Profit Partnership and the Interstate Council on Antimonopoly Policy was signed in Moscow.

The subject of the Agreement is cooperation between the parties on developing efficient government policy in the field of protecting and supporting competition and effective practice of application of the antitrust legislation in the CIS.

Igor Artemyev, the Head of Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation and the ICAP Chairman, and members of the Partnership – the senior partner of ALRUD Law Firm Vassily Rudomino (Russia) and the managing partner of ANTIKA Law Firm, Alexey Kot (Ukraine) – after concluding the Agreement held a meeting. They discussed the plans for joint work between ICAP and the Partnership for the near future and the main areas of cooperation in 2011 between the Partnership and the national antimonopoly authorities of the CIS member-states.
